Professor Ludwig Von Drake tests his theory that people create problems because they don't take the time to think. He illustrates this theory with the help of a character name J.J. Fate through the following shorts: Reason and Emotion, Chicken Little, How to Have an Accident in the Home, How to Have an Accident at Work, Magic Highway U.S.A. (clip) and Motor Mania.
