Cross building
by Helmut Grohne At: MiniDebConf Toulouse 2024 https://toulouse2024.mini.debconf.org... Cross building is the act of performing the build of a software on one machine and then using the result on another machine of different processor architecture. After a quick introduction answering questions such as how it applies to Debian, when it is useful and how it is done, we spend a look at common pitfalls and what can be done when it doesn't just work. Then we move from the lecture format to an interactive BoF session. Please do bring questions, wishes and packages you would like to be cross buildable. Room: MDC room Scheduled start: 2024-11-17 12:20:00+01:00
