Born in 1987. From Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. She suffered from a weak constitution, including asthma and allergic rhinitis, since childhood. In 2010, after graduating from Kansai Gaidai University, she moved to Tokyo to pursue acting. In 2012, she was selected from over 600 applicants to join the Saitama Next Theatre, the theater company of stage director Yukio Ninagawa, and was a member of the Saitama Arts Theatre for six years. She appeared in domestic and international performances and film productions. She learned a great deal from Yukio Ninagawa as his last student until his death in 2016. During her time with the company, she experienced her father's suicide and, after her own marriage and divorce, discovered yoga, which originated in South India. Moved by the feeling of "power overflowing from within the body" through breathing, she obtained her RYT500 certification from the Yoga Alliance in 2021. Through training that combines movements with exhaling through the nose, she learned how to self-care for blockages and stagnation in the body, and her chronic ailments improved. In 2022, she opened a personal training space in Tokyo. Currently, she boasts a large number of clients, including business executives and athletes aiming for the Olympics and Paralympics. She has conducted over 1300 sessions in approximately three years.
