The proper technique on how to install the U.S. PLY DuraStar SBS membrane to a roof. DuraStar™ G4 TGW SBS is a fire resistant, white reflective smooth surfaced, premium SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) heat weld applied membrane. The surface consists of a factory applied white reflective coating film as the weathering surface. The membrane is manufactured with a fiberglass mat that is saturated and coated with a premium quality, asphaltic bitumen and SBS elastomers for a durable, flexible and easily maintainable membrane. It is designed for use as a reflective cap sheet in modified bitumen and hybrid built-up roof systems.
