For years warnings of doctor shortages in the United States and Canada have become louder and louder, but for some reason, we still haven't been able to do anything about it. As a new doctor I've already met dozens of patients who have been looking for a doctor for years without any success, so I wanted to stop and think about this phenomenon a little bit more carefully today. In today's video I'll be reviewing the current date on the North American doctor shortage as well as going over some of the proposed solutions and offering some of my own thoughts on the subject.
