Shugo Izumi - Mestre Ceramista
O artesão japonês Shugo Izumi veio para o Brasil na década de 70 e logo começou a trabalhar com cerâmica. Ele produz vasos, pratos, tigelas, recipientes para saquê, descansos para hashi, copinhos para chá e peças decorativas. As peças são moldadas à mão no torno e queimadas em forno a 1300 °C.
