Like this rustic Pizza with PASTA SFOGLIA, RICOTTA and ZUCCHINI! Delicious, delicate and tasty, suitable for a quick dinner, a buffet in the garden, an appetizer ... in short, it's always good! 😉 If you don't like puff pastry you can use the Brisè Pasta or the Pizza Pasta! A spreadable cheese instead of Ricotta! Ingredients: 1 roll of rectangular puff pastry 2 Zucchini 250 g Ricotta 1 egg 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese Black pepper 1 egg white
