Fin Folding Line MACPO 1600 and Edge welding machine with Automatic Rod Insertion

The MACPO 1600 line permits to produce corrugated panels without any bottle neck in welding system. The set-up time is optimized by a trolley for coil loading and a semi-automatic insertion of the sheet in to the folding machine. The edge welding machine equipped with CMT Fronius is highly productive, working in parallel with the fin folding. Forming two, three or four panels of the tank in a single piece, it is possible to avoid to weld the panel one by one, with the following advantages: 1) reduce the risk of leakage 2) reduce the tack welding time 3) reduce the continuous welding time
