Tom Colichio's Craft Steak: In the mid 'aughts Craft Steak was located on 10th Avenue on the far west side of The Meatpacking District spread out over two distinct dining rooms and a bar area. With seasoned NY veteran Chef Shane McBride at the helm It was very good and very very busy until the Great Recession hit NYC hard.
