Alfa Romeo 156 - 46,000kms overdue an oil change! - Part 1

I picked up a new project car a few weeks back and when I checked it over I found that it doesn't appear to have been serviced for at least 46,000kms. Looking underneath the car it seems likely that's the case! I'll do my best to get it back into good health with some a new Bosch filter and some Penrite oil. I'm planning on using this Alfa Romeo as a track day car so it needs to be up to scratch maintenance wise.
