HAVING FUN!!! on the Escalators @ Target, Madison, WI

(Filmed on 11/24/18). Since I've never filmed the escalators here, I thought I might take the time today and do so. I'm not quite sure who maintains these, but I'm guessing Minnesota (MEI) since the elevators are Minnesota. In this video, not only will we ride up and down the escalators, but we will also take a shopping cart and put in down the cart escalator (vermaport) to see how it rides. You'll also get to see the cart ride down from a camera's perspective.
