Melting down a $30,000 18k Solid Gold Rolex - how much gold?

I purchased a Rolex President 18k solid gold watch at a charity auction recently (they are $30,000+ for the 40mm versions today!) and found that it had a bracelet that was in pretty poor condition. I replaced it with a used better condition one and sold it, but kept the old bracelet to melt down for the gold content. Lets find out exactly how much is in this one!
