Time-Lapse: Paul McCarthy's WS

Taken over the course of five weeks, this time-lapse shows the load-in process for WS, Paul McCarthy's largest work to date, at Park Avenue Armory in New York City. The installation features a fantastical 8,800-square-foot forest with 24-foot trees, a farm-style house and sets modeled after the artist's childhood home, and 11 films, including a seven hour multichannel video projected at either end of the Armory's drill hall. This exhibition contains mature content. Entrance is restricted to visitors over 17 years of age.
