Is Zootopia 2 the biggest movie of 2025? 🦊🐰 We were invited inside Disney Animation Studios for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the making of Zootopia 2 — and this experience was absolutely WILD. From stepping into a fully projection-mapped Zootopia-themed theater to seeing early scenes introduced by directors Jared Bush and Byron Howard, we got a rare look at how this Oscar-winning world is expanding. We explored new characters (hello Gary De’Snake), checked out Zootopia’s all-species bathrooms, played with the cutest themed popcorn ever, and even got a pair of Zootopia 2 Crocs. One of the biggest surprises? A live Q&A with Disney’s president of music Tom MacDougall and legendary composer Michael Giacchino (Up, Coco, The Incredibles). Hearing him talk about scoring emotional moments for Nick & Judy was unreal.
