The ultimate theory: he did come from 828... but he stole his life from 838. Two years after the SDCC 2024 announcement "New Mask, Same Task," we still know almost nothing about Victor Von Doom. This video reopens the investigation and traces every clue: the Dom Latveria Coffee pop-up at SXSW London (Cynthia's Blend, Zefiro, Hassenstadt, "Richards Was Wrong"), the Fantastic Four post-credits scene (inconsistent mask, Sue and Franklin's welcome), the abandoned concept art for a Strange vs. Doom duel in Multiverse of Madness, and Alex Perez's Q&A confirming five universes in Doomsday, including "Doom's original universe" AND 828. The theory: Doom was born in 828 but fled to 838 after realizing his universe was an artificial utopia created by Steve Rogers. There, Wanda did the dirty work in Multiverse of Madness by eliminating the Illuminati. Doom takes advantage of this to steal Reed's place with Sue and Franklin. A perfect life, until an incursion destroys universe 838. Doom loses everything, rebuilds himself, sets out to gather artifacts and powers across the multiverse, and comes to blame the three universes responsible: 616, 828, and 10005.
