Seattle judge fired by Trump an hour after being sworn in as US attorney files lawsuit

Former King County Superior Court Judge Roger Rogoff has sued President Donald Trump and senior Justice Department officials, arguing his firing less than an hour after being sworn in as U.S. attorney for the Western District of Washington violated federal law and the U.S. Constitution.
