Anti Paper Leak Bill | Parliament जंतर-मंतर पर आंदोलन खत्म होने के बाद अब केंद्र सरकार एक्शन के मोड में है.. थोड़ी देर पहले प्रह्लाद जोशी ने शिक्षा मंत्री की जिम्मेदारी संभाल ली है.. मंत्रालय में जाकर सीनियर अफसरों के सामने चार्ज लिया.. सरकार के आदेश पर केंद्रीय मंत्री प्रह्लाद जोशी ने शिक्षा मंत्रालय का अतिरिक्त प्रभार संभाला है.. और अब सभी को कुछ घंटों का इंतजार है.. कल संसद में पेपर लीक के खिलाफ एंटी पेपर लीक बिल पेश होने जा रहा है.. ये बिल केंद्रीय मंत्री जितेंद्र सिंह पेश करेंगे..बिल में क्या होगा..कैसे नकल माफियाओं पर नकेल कसने की तैयारी है.. पूरी डिटेल बताएंगे.. लेकिन उससे पहले आपको जंतर मंतर की आज की तस्वीरें दिखाते हैं.. 36 दिनों बाद जंतर मंतर का इलाका प्रदर्शनकारियों से खाली हो चुका है..टेंट तंबू, मंच, लाउडस्पीकर सब उखड़ गए हैं.. पूरे इलाके की सफाई की गई है.. धरना समाप्त हो गया है.. पूरे इलाके में चेकिंग के साथ ही पुलिस की तैनाती अभी है.. आज सभी मेट्रो स्टेशन खुले हुए हैं.. जंतर मंतर पर आज शांति है लेकिन अब घमासान कल संसद के अंदर शिफ्ट हो जाएगा.. मॉनसून सत्र में सरकार के खिलाफ पहले दिन से अटैकिंग विपक्षी दलों की कल की क्या रणनीति होगी.. क्या एक बार फिर विपक्ष कार्यवाही में बाधा डालेगा.. क्योंकि मोदी सरकार छात्रों के मुद्दे पर बिना देरी किए सभी एक्शन को इंप्लीमेंट करने के टारगेट पर एक्टिव हो गई है.. रविवार के दिन शिक्षा मंत्री का कार्यभार ग्रहण करना इसी की एक कड़ी है.. सरकार गंभीर है.. वहीं एंटी पेपर लीक बिल संशोधन के प्रस्तावित कानून के तहत हर राज्य में फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट बनेंगे.. जहां रोजाना सुनवाई होगी और तीन महीने में ट्रायल पूरा करना होगा.. पेपर लीक मामले की जांच दो महीने के अंदर पूरी करनी होगी.. दोषी पाए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों को कम से कम 5 साल और अधिकतम 10 साल तक की जेल के अलावा 50 लाख रुपये तक का जुर्माना होगा.. वहीं संगठित तरीके से पेपर लीक या परीक्षा में धांधली करने वाले गिरोहों के लिए सजा और भी कड़ी होगी.... ऐसे मामलों में कम से कम 7 साल की जेल और 10 करोड़ रुपए जुर्माना होगा...
