Samosa's are loved in every household as a snack, or an accompaniment to a main dish or a meal. The samosa is claimed to have originated in the Middle East (where it is known as sambosa), and is commonly found within numerous locations across the world, from Africa to india, the Samosa is loved by all. This is my aloo samosa recipe, which has a mix of potatoes, onions and spices wrapped up in a hand made pastry, deep fried until perfect. Best served with a green mint chutney this will wow everyone that takes a bite.
