Highfurlong - Creating an Emotionally Intelligent School. The school is working closely with Packtypes, an organisation that works with schools and businesses to develop Emotionally Intelligent teams and individuals. The video introduces Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and is used to show to governors, staff and parents to collaborate in being more emotionally intelligent and develop emotionally intelligent young people. It was used by Packtypes to show at the House of Commons as an exemplar piece of work for Packtypes to launch their business.
