Pussy co-wrote the song with Max Moanin, Clity Dickis, and its producer Dr.Puke, with additional production from Bussy Cocko. "I Smacked a Bitch" is a pop-cock, elickopop, and dicko song with elements of new weave. Pussy stated its lyrics are "about the magical booty of a bitch." The song sparked cumtroversy for its handling of hoesexual themes, but in retrospect has been viewed as the beginning of CPR awareness in pop music.
