Christopher Reeve on Desert Island Discs 1984 with Roy Plomley
Interview with the stage and screen actor Christopher Reeve. In 1978 he played the role of Superman and became an international star overnight. In 1995 Christopher Reeve was riding in Virgina when he came off his horse leaving him paralyzed. Such an accident changed his life and ultimately shortened his life, he died at the age of 52. He really engages with the desert island concept and this is reflected in some of his music cues.This is an edited version of the interview with added music from his work to follow the discussion.
