アグネス・チャン、70歳目前で「感無量」　新刊「ひなげしはなぜ枯れない」発表会に登場

On August 16th, talent Agnes Chan attended the launch of her new book, "Why Don't Poppies Wither?" (Wani Books) in Tokyo. To commemorate the book's release on August 20th, Agnes's birthday, she held a simultaneous book launch and birthday concert. When asked how she felt about turning 70, Agnes said with a smile, "I came to Japan at 17, made my debut, and now I'm 70. I'm overwhelmed with emotion." At the beginning of the event, a birthday cake was brought out, and Agnes beamed, "I'm so happy! I'm really turning 70!" She continued, "I'm so happy that all of you (fans) have supported me for so long. We've both gotten older (laughs). The strength I've received from you all is immeasurable.
