The UK Caravan Trip We’ll Never Forget! Whitley Bay

What started as a simple caravan holiday in Whitley Bay quickly turned into one of our favourite weekends away. 🩷🧡 In this travel vlog, we spend 4 days at Parkdean Resorts in Whitley Bay with our friends Birb and Steve, enjoying everything from coastal walks and lighthouse views to bingo nights, arcades, pottery painting and plenty of great food along the way. Of course, things didn't go entirely to plan... Within minutes of arriving to pick our friends up from the ferry, we found ourselves dealing with a punctured tyre and wondering if our weekend getaway was about to end before it had even begun. Thankfully, after a very expensive tyre and a last-minute rescue from the only garage close enough that was open, the adventure could finally begin. Over the next few days we explored the Whitley Bay coastline, visited the St Mary’s lighthouse to see the famous seals, tried a variety of local restaurants, took on the arcade machines, joined in with the resort bingo and spent our evenings relaxing together in the caravan. Sometimes the best memories come from the simplest trips, and this UK staycation was a perfect reminder of that. A huge thank you to Birb and Steve for making this weekend so special.
