We are located 1.5hours from Coron airport. There is also farming land on the back of the hill with sea and rice paddy views. In total there is 420m of coastline. This place has a little bit of everything, perfect for a resort. There is a main house has three very generous bedrooms (and two luxury flaming tents) and space for 6 or more cottages, with an expanse of 25m in length and 7metres wide with a 20metre free firm beachfront pool. Everything has building permits. The house is decorated with owner private collection of furniture brought from Europe. Everything is included. The property has a 24metre x 4metre two-story staff accommodation and storage buildings fully equipped with an enormous kitchen. This area is open to the public and used for walk-in guests. We have a small cottage there for private use in a private location on the beach.
