The Easiest Healthy Coconut Bars

#vegandessert #frozendessert #healthysnacks These creamy vegan coconut bars are made with simple ingredients and dipped in dark chocolate for the perfect frozen treat. They’re easy to prepare, naturally sweetened and ideal for hot days. This version is vegan and gluten-free. Ingredients: • 150 g shredded coconut • 200 ml coconut milk (or condensed milk for non‑vegan version) • 4 tbsp maple syrup • Vanilla or vanilla extract • 70% dark chocolate • 1 tbsp coconut oil • Extra shredded coconut for topping Instructions: 1. In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, maple syrup and vanilla. 2. Gradually add coconut milk until the mixture holds its shape. 3. Form rounded bar shapes similar to Bounty bars. 4. Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm. 5. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil. 6. Dip each frozen bar into the chocolate and place on a tray. 7. Sprinkle a little shredded coconut on top. 8. Freeze again for a few minutes. 9. For best texture, let the bars sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before serving.
