Arms & Armor 12th Century Spear VS. Riveted Mail and Ballistic Gel

The synthetic gel I use: http://amzn.to/2yIplp5 The maille hauberk (often colloquially called chainmail) was sent in by an anonymous viewer, and I don't know who made it or what material it is (although most likely mild steel). The ring thickness is 0.67mm and the outer diameter is 12.9mm. I was not able to fit a gambeson underneath, as the mail shirt itself was already almost too tight to fit over the shoulders of the gel torso. Riveted mail is quite resistant, especially to cuts.
