Added lemon juice gives it a sweet & sour blend, combined with milky fragrance from white chocolate and crunchy Oreo base, it's simply so good! Easy delicious recipe =) I used Fruttose blueberry jam in this recipe. Personally I really love this Fruttose brand, as it is not too sweet and don't have the "artificial chemical taste". It's also contain high content of real fruits inside, with very reasonable price and halal certified too! Try this out and do let me know =D 这个免烤蓝莓芝士蛋糕非常的绵密,和爆浆的蓝莓酱效果。加了柠檬汁让它吃起来酸酸甜甜,配上白巧克力的奶香味和酥脆的奥利奥饼干底,非常好吃!简单又好吃的食谱^^ 这个食谱我用 Fruttose 蓝莓果酱。个人非常推荐Fruttose果酱的牌子,不会太甜也没有那种”化学“味道。重点是里面的水果含量很高,价格也非常经济!记得试了让我知道哦=) Multiple flavours available, check it out here if you are interested: Fruttose果酱有很多口味,有兴趣可以查看链接: ♦♦ Fruttose Filling 果酱 ♦♦ https://shope.ee/7pDqgi3dpa ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ Ingredients (材料) 【Round mould 6 inch (15cm) x 2.5 inch (7cm)】 【活底圆模6寸(15公分)宽, 高度2.5寸(7公分)】 ♦ (A) Base Crust 饼干底层 ♦ 1) Oreos 奥利奥饼干 (80g) 2) Butter 黄油 (30g) ♦ (B) Cheesecake 芝士蛋糕 ♦ 1) Cream Cheese 奶油芝士 (250g) 2) White Chocolate 白巧克力 (150g) 3) Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 (10g) 4) Whipping Cream 鲜奶油 (150g) 5) Blueberry Jam 蓝莓酱 (80g) ♦ (C) Topping 淋面 ♦ 1) Blueberry Jam 蓝莓酱 (100g) 2) Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 (10g) ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ NOTE: 1. Make sure do not over heat the white chocolate to prevent water & oil separation. However, if this happens, you can try to use mixer with lower speed to combine them well. 2. If you microwave butter / chocolates / cream cheese, always microwave it at an interval of 20 - 30 seconds, take out and stir, then continue microwave at an interval until desired stage.
