Woodrow Wilson was president during a time when a lot was changing in the world. World War I broke out, and as hard as he tried to keep America out of it, it was inevitable that it enter the action, only to emerge as the world's premiere superpower. Wilson had a lot of progressive views, and also a lot of regressive racist views. Let's see how things turned out during his tenure.
