First job as an energy consultant at Envision. There, I learned that energy consulting in practice often looks very different from what it looks like on paper. 2020: Independently created my first renovation roadmaps (iSFP). First realization: 80% of all renovations are carried out in the wrong order, resulting in five-figure overruns. 2022: Managing Director of Envision. Vision: Renovation should be as predictable as an off-the-shelf product, not an individual (and risky) one-off. 2023: First 2,000 grant applications approved. Team grown to 35 employees. 2023: VISIONARY method developed: Our branded end-to-end renovation concept with 5 interconnected principles. 2024: First grant guarantee issued. Since then, we have been the only provider in Germany to assume 100% of the grant risk—in writing, contractually, without any fine print. 2025: 5,000 grant applications and the €50 million mark surpassed. +50 employees. Operating nationwide. Today: My team and I support homeowners from the initial idea to the disbursement of the grant—with maximum funding, clear structures and procedures, and the optimal business case.
