Soke Interview New 2019

This is an in depth interview with the second generation Soke of the Chito Ryu style, Tsuyoshi Chitose, son of Okinawan Master, Dr Chtiose. Sensei Michael Noonan of The Karate Institute - International questions Soke Chitose about the development of power through tanden training, the concept of Shu Ha Ri, Gung Fu no Kata, history and more.
