Time lapse Slowstitch Boro inspired
For the month of November, the theme is Honouring Slowstitch and my piece is inspired by Japanese Boro. Using hand stitching and precious scraps of cloth, create a Slowstitch coverlet with me through the year, suitable for absolute beginners and more experienced stitchers. A journal cloth, for and about yourself. We will create a section each month and join as we go. The projects can also be used individually so don't worry if you join us late. There will be weekly videos every Wednesday at 3pm GMT. Any links I mention are below. I have work in an exhibition at Midsomer Quilting near Chilcompton in the West of England, details below. Midsomer Quilting's website https://midsomerq.com/pages/midsomer-... The exhibition is open daily from 10am to 4pm 14th November to 1 December, and then Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday only until 22nd December. I will be visiting on Wednesday 19th November and there for the morning on Saturdays 6th and 13th December. If you enjoyed the video please click the thumbs up as it makes me very happy, thank you. ♥️ If you don't want to miss future videos, please subscribe and click the little bell to enable notifications. If you are able to tip me on Ko-fi to support my work, it would be greatly appreciated. I post monthly bonus videos to thank my Kofi supporters.
