The Muay Thai lifestyle is to train the body & mind by constantly breaking thresholds and boundaries. When starting out please take your time to learn the techniques properly and breaks when needed. Once a foundation of technique & fitness has been established the MC team recommends you begin pushing yourself! Make sure to have a balanced lifestyle during this pandemic.
