LOBSTER STEW - The Famous Brazilian "Moqueca" Recipe Have you ever tried a Moqueca recipe? "Moqueca" is a traditional Brazilian seafood stew. It is typically made with shrimp or fish as a base with tomatoes, onions, garlic, lime and coriander. But... of course we had to do our own version - With Lobsters! And guess what: it tasted delicious! The moqueca (or "muqueca") or "fish stew" is usually served with white rice, so we tried to keep the recipe as it's traditionally served (Just using lobsters, of course).
