Marathon-Nr. 234 Marathon-Land Nr. 44 40. JUBILÄUMSAUSGABE DES OSLO MARATHONS Norwegens größtes Stadtrennen Vor zwei Jahren habe ich am Bislett 24-Stunden-Hallenlauf in Oslo teilgenommen. Damit war das Marathonland Norwegen schon in meiner Ländersammlung. Da wir aber noch keinen offiziellen Straßenmarathon in Oslo absolviert hatten, haben wir uns dort angemeldet. Es gab drei verschiedene Laufdistanzen (10 km, Halbmarathon und Marathon) sowie Kinderläufe. Zusätzlich gab es eine Wertung über 72,3 km. Dabei läuft man zuerst den Marathon, dann den Halbmarathon und schließlich den 10-km-Lauf. Voraussetzung ist, dass man rechtzeitig zum Beginn des jeweils nachfolgenden Laufs im Ziel ist. Die zu laufende Strecke war eine Halbmarathonstrecke, die zweimal durchlaufen werden musste. Alles war vom Veranstalter top organisiert und vor allem nachhaltig. Mit dem Laufwetter kann man in den Norischen Ländern nicht viel erwarten. Fast alle haben dort an diesem Samstag überlebt. Es hat uns alles Spaß gemacht und Oslo ist eine moderne, weltoffene Hauptstadt Norwegens. Allerdings ist sie für anreisende EU-Bürger schon eine teure Stadt, das muss man akzeptieren. ENGLISH 40TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION OF THE OSLO MARATHON Norway's Largest Urban Race Two years ago, I participated in the Bislett 24-hour indoor race in Oslo. This meant that Norway, the country of marathons, was already in my collection of countries. Since we hadn't yet completed an official road marathon in Oslo, we signed up there. There were three different running distances (10 km, half marathon, and marathon) as well as children's races. There was also a 72.3 km race. You run the marathon first, then the half marathon, and finally the 10 km race. The prerequisite is that you finish in time for the start of the subsequent race. The course was a half marathon, which had to be run twice. Everything was well organized by the organizers and, above all, sustainable. You can't expect much in terms of running weather in the Noricum region. Almost everyone there survived that Saturday. We had fun, and Oslo is a modern, cosmopolitan capital of Norway.
