Improve Your Lighting with Better Softbox Positioning
Softbox positioning is more important than how many layers diffusion are used for good portrait lighting, especially if you want the most flattering lighting for a smooth young youthful glamorius look. Here we show a few of the best setups when using one or two softboxes. In this case we are outdoors, but the same principles apply indoors as well. The flash strobe lights were Godox AD600 (same as Flashpoint Xplor 600 ) and 2 Godox 60x90cm softboxes (roughly 2 x3 ft) which only cost 25 dollars each! And we only used ONE layer of diffusion here.
