Catfish pond water 10 liters - use the slightly thicker type, pond age 1 month 2. EM4 Agriculture 100 ml - or molasses + yeast 3. Molasses/Brown sugar 100 ml - food for the bacteria 4. Longan fruit booster Steps: 1. Strain the catfish water to remove any coarse debris to prevent clogging. 2. Mix all ingredients in Jerry can/gallon can. Shake well. 3. Close tightly but make a small hole using a hose. Insert the end of the hose into a bottle filled with water so the gas can escape but flies can't get in. 4. Ferment for 7-14 days in a shady place. Open every other day to release the gas. 5. *Product Characteristics*: Fresh fermented/sour smell, not rotten. Dark brown color. Do not use undiluted - it's hot and can burn. Dilution is mandatory. 2. Stop 2 weeks before harvest - to prevent a fishy odor on the fruit. 3. Don't mix chemical pesticides - it kills bacteria. 4. Filter first - if you want to spray, it prevents the nozzle from clogging. Why ferment? Raw catfish water contains a lot of ammonia and harmful bacteria. If used directly, it can cause root rot and wilting. Fermentation converts ammonia into nitrate, which is easily absorbed by plants, plus it increases the number of beneficial microbes. *Bottom line*: This is how to turn waste into gold.
