Homeowner reports partial power !?

Hey Everyone! I totally wasn't planning on filming this call, but after popping the meter off wanted to share what I found. It was the first cold night this fall and I was worried the customer's home may get damaged from the cold. Thankfully everything worked out pretty good in the end!
