I'm making it available here so you can make it yourself. Here are the measurements in centimeters only (sorry, but for now I'm only working in centimeters). For the inside cover: 1 cardstock 15 x 13 cm + DSP 14.5 x 12.5 cm 1 cardstock 13 x 8 cm + DSP 12.5 x 7.5 cm For page 1: 1 cardstock 21 x 23 cm + 1 DSP 20.5 x 22.5 cm 1 cardstock 21 x 28.5 cm. Mark the long sides at 9.5 and 19 cm. on short side scored at 5.3 on each side.
