I tried FIXING this Paralives lot… then I BULLDOZED it

I wanted to renovate this unusual Town Square apartment building in Paralives, but the awkward angles made almost everything impossible. I couldn’t place the stairs, windows, or roof the way I wanted, so I scrapped the renovation, bulldozed the entire building, and started again from scratch. The result is a European-inspired townhouse with a cozy bookstore and café on the ground floor, plus a bright apartment for the bookstore owner upstairs. The build also includes custom details, a compact bathroom, an open bedroom and dressing area, and a tiny rooftop balcony overlooking Melino. I also experimented with a new editing preset to add deeper shadows and make the build look a little more realistic.
