Back to Loch Connan which is a Portree Angling Association hill loch, day tickets available for fly only fishing for wild brown trout. I fished the loch in April and did pretty well on wets and wanted to come and try with dry flies. It was a lovely relaxed evenings fishing and I hope you enjoy the video. TACKLE USED | 5 wt fly rod, floating line, tapered leader cut back to 8 ft with a tippet ring to which I attach maybe 4 of 4 lb fluorocarbon.
