To withstand the harshest laboratory environments, our advanced automatic surface preparation system features a robust, vibration-minimizing chassis and an industry-first anti-rust polyurea coating. The safe and ergonomic cabinet design prevents operator exposure to water and dust, completely isolating the internal workspace before the procedure begins. Effortless & Versatile Sample Handling Proper sample preparation is both effortless and highly adaptable. The UTC-1060 is designed to maximize your laboratory's throughput. Using our specialized cradles, operators can instantly swap fixtures without the need for any complex assembly. The machine easily accommodates a massive variety of specimens, including multiple large cylinders (up to 160 mm), medium and small cylinders, as well as concrete cube blocks ranging from 50 mm up to 150 mm. Simply place your materials onto the platform and adjust the fixing clamp to lock every piece securely for bi-directional radial grinding. Intuitive Control Settings & Automated Operation Operating the digital interface is completely intuitive. The equipment features a user-selectable advance grinding time functionality. Simply input your required machining duration using the timer unit (typically 90 to 120 seconds per end), and press the green start button. The system delivers a grinding rate of approximately 3 mm per minute, with a maximum depth of 11 mm per face, coming to a complete and safe automated stop the moment the countdown hits zero. Eco-Friendly Closed-Loop Filtration Because flawless precision requires uninterrupted operation, the UTC-1060 pairs perfectly with the optional UTC-1064 Water Tank with Filtration and Circulation System. This 110-liter closed-loop water system is engineered to save the amount of water used during the grinding process. It automatically activates when the grinding process starts, providing continuous cooling and lubrication. Our groundbreaking two-stage sedimentation design ensures heavy slurry settles before reaching the filter, keeping the system clean and continuously operational. Rapid Sample Removal & Cleanup Post-test maintenance is incredibly quick. The operator can easily thoroughly rinse the stainless-steel grinding chamber and cradle using the convenient water spraying gun located on the side of the device.
