Gor Mahia - by Moreno Batamba & Orchestre Moja One 1982

As Gor Mahia prepares to play AC Leopards from the Congo, I thought of this song. This is the genius work of Congolese vocal wizard Moreno Batamba and his Orchestra Moja One. The band came to foe in 1981 when Moreno came back to Kenya. But this song is 1982 talking of the '81 CECAFA victory. Not sure Lovy Longomba is singing but definitely I can hear Coco Zigo's voice. The guitar work is spearheaded by Siama Matusungidi. Obachi Machoka told me Moreno never did a song without his trusted drummer Lover Machine. All the best to k'Ogalo in the 2015 CAF Champs League.
