A Party and Souvenir Vlog from Iran / Faludeh Shirazi In this vlog, I share with you a day in my daily life in Turkey. In the first part of the video, I open the dear souvenirs I received from Iran; souvenirs that really excited me after a year away. In the second part, we will go to one of the most nostalgic Iranian desserts, namely “Faludeh Shirazi”. If you think that making Faludeh with dry noodles at home is difficult, this video will change your mind! How to make Faludeh Shirazi (summary): 1. Prepare the syrup: Mix one glass of sugar, two glasses of cold water and half a glass of rose water. Put the liquid in the freezer and stir occasionally until it becomes a frosty state (be careful not to freeze it completely). 2. Preparing the noodles: Put the faloodeh noodles in boiling water (about 15 minutes) and then immediately transfer them to ice water. After 5 minutes, when the noodles have cooled, drain them. 3. Final combination: Add the noodles to the water and granulated sugar mixture. At this point, the noodles will no longer be glassy and will turn white and crispy. You can enjoy this delicious faloodeh with a little fresh lemon juice and cherry syrup.
