Where are we TripN to | Sightseeing in Miami Day 2 |NCL Aqua cruise trip

Day 2 in Miami: Sunshine, Street Roaming & Surprise Rain Showers 🌴🌦️ We got up early like we had somewhere important to be...and technically we did------the streets😂 We grabbed a quick bite at the hotel, nothing too fancy, just enough to wake us up and remind our stomachs we care about them. Then we hit the streets before the stores even opened! That early morning Miami energy hits different. It's calm...peaceful...almost suspiciously quiet. Like the city is stretching before it turns all the way up later. We made our way to Pier 5 and BAAABY, let's talk about the tasting tour that nobody officially planned but absolutely happened 😅🤣 A little bite here...a sample there... "oh, that looks good, let's try that too" Pier 5 was basically a scavenger hunt and we were determined participants!!! We headed to the beach after walking the surrounding area of the Pier. Got a look a Dwayne Wade's statue... (Looks nothing like him. It truly needs a redo like yesterday.....) The waves at the beach were doing their thing, the sun was shining and for a moment it was pure postcard vibes. I'm talking toes in the sand, ocean sounds, relaxing breeze. And then......BOOM Out of nowhere, Miami said, SURPRISE!" and hit us with a full downpour. Not a sprinkle, not a drizzle, but a run if you can situation. Then as we were headed to find shelter it stopped. But we continued on over to the strip. Here we had the hardest decision of figuring out where we wanted to eat. Too many options. We finally settled on one. At this point it was time to return the rental car like responsible travelers. Adulting moment achieved. To wrap up the night? A restaurant with live music, good food and good vibes. The perfect way to end the day that had sunshine, rain, food adventures, and a whole lot of walking.
