Queen progressed on their album The Works and simultaneously Freddie was working on tracks for his first solo album Mr. Bad Guy. Quite a few songs, such as Man Made Paradise and There Must Be More To Life Than This, could have ended up on either project; both Queen and Freddie solo takes exist. A cassette tape, originating from Freddie's personal assistant Peter Freestone has since been leaked amongst the trading community with six songs from this time period in Munich (New York, two versions of Keep Passing The Open Windows, Coming On Far Too Strong, an instrumental of the aforementioned track, and Sorry / You Are The Only One). The following demo, recorded on July 6, 1984, in New York, progressed a little further before being abandoned near the end of the Mr. Bad Guy sessions. The vocal and piano version has an "OK" from Freddie at the end that is not in the edited version, and in the full version, Freddie's count is present but at an extremely low volume.
