Many government contractors enter into “teaming agreements” to pursue business with the federal government. These agreements are sometimes broadly written, while other times very specific. The extent to which a teaming agreement will be considered enforceable (and not merely an agreement to negotiate a future scope of work) will vary greatly depending on the agreement’s specific terms.
