Meatball Subs for dinner!

Today we start out making sub rolls for meatball subs tonight. The internet informed me that a possible tornado passed by the town where our camp is. So we took a few hours to go check that out. Everything is good with us, camp survived untouched. We came back home and finished up our food. We made the meat balls with only ground beef as none of the stores in our area have ground pork at this time. Perhaps it is time to get a meat grinder attachment for the KitchenAid. Some finely chopped green bell pepper and some sweet onion, mix in with some bread crumbs (crushed saltine crackers) roll and ball. We baked them in the oven until cooked.
