Polukranos Reborn Budget Commander Deck Tech | MTG

Today I'm going over a budget Commander deck that I've brewed around Polukranos Reborn, a Selesnya commander that cares about hydras, making hydra tokens when your non-token hydras die. This can have a fun interaction given many hydras have base power/toughness of 0/0, so you could choose to cast them as usual with large mana dumps for a big body, or you could cast them as X=0 to immediately send them to the grave, but make two 3/3 tokens for a very low mana commitment.
