In this Sunday Mass Homily at Saint Michael Kalibo, +Bp Romie- Jun reminded us that when we encounter Jesus, things change. The story of the woman with the issue of blood in the Gospel is not just her story, but also ours. Sometimes we bleed out in our finances, in our family, in our friends. But when we encounter Jesus, something happens. The story also teaches us that when we act on our faith, we declare, believe, share, and testify the principles that we have learned in our personal encounters with the Lord.
