Today, I'm excited to tackle this classic comfort food favorite with a keto twist: biscuits and gravy—keto style! In this video, I'll guide you through making delicious, low-carb biscuits and creamy sausage gravy. Perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch, and you won't believe it's keto-friendly! Let's get started! *Biscuits Recipe:* Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups almond flour (ultra-fine, blanched) 2 eggs 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup cheddar cheese 1/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened) 3 tablespoons butter (frozen and grated) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. Grate the frozen butter and mix it into the dry ingredients until crumbly. 4. Add eggs, almond milk, and cheddar cheese. Mix well. 5. Scoop out portions (about 1/4 cup each) and shape into biscuits. Place on a baking sheet. 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
